We serve people in Malawi, Africa through our Five-Cents-a-Meal offering, and via our partnership with Chuluchosema Church. Periodically we publish ministry and mission success stories from the “Warm Heart of Africa.” This month we hear from Chisomo Laundoni.
I am Chisomo Laundoni and am 16 years old. I came from Namathiya village/A Chikowi in Zomba district. We are seven children in my family and parents are not working apart from doing small subsistence farming. I praise my Lord for getting the bursary which Abusa gives to needy children at Draper school. The school chased me out because of failing to pay fees. But now am back at school.
The paying of fees helps and motivates me. I am no longer absent from my classes. Am in form two and my ambition is to be a nurse. I send my gratitude to Abusa and Chuluchosema CCAP together with their Partner Church in the USA.
