A Welcome from our Senior Pastor
What you will find at St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church
When you enter into our Sanctuary on Sunday morning you will find a Sanctuary filled with all different age groups. Lots of children and young families attend our church. Great music lifts us into the presence of God. In between our Sunday morning worship services we have an active Sunday school. We have thirteen adult classes and a Sunday school class for every age of childhood. We have a staff of over 60 teachers helping all of us to grow in our faith.
We invite you to worship with us and feel the warm welcome of the people at St. Andrews-Covenant Presbyterian Church. Whatever your age and stage in life, there are opportunities for you to find meaningful connections, avenues for spiritual growth and ways to share your unique talents here at SACPC. When you enter our Sanctuary for worship, you will find a church filled with all different age groups. Great music lifts us into the presence of God.
At SACPC you will find a church that has a passion for missions locally and worldwide. We have begun several community missions. Recently we brought a Bosnian family to Wilmington and helped them relocate and begin their lives in a safe environment. Five mission trips left our church this year for the spread of the gospel and following Christ’s command in Matthew 25.
September 2008 marked the beginning of our second Contemporary Worship Service. While including an Order of Worship similar to the Sunday morning services, our Contemporary Service incorporates Contemporary Music, Drama, Dance and Audio Visual tools to proclaim the Word of God.
On Wednesday evening, we have over 100 people for dinner and Children’s Choirs, Adult Choirs, and Children, Youth and Adult Education.
Perhaps you might do more than just surf our site. Come and visit us. This is a great church seeking to love God and serve His world.
