Jerry Worley  -  Church Business Administrator

Jerry G. Worley joined the staff as Church Business Administrator in 1999 after a number of years in corporate credit management for a major furniture manufacturer.  He is a business administration graduate of Carson-Newman College, a Baptist school in East Tennessee.  He is a member of the National Association of Church Business Administrators and has earned professional certification through Union PSCE in Richmond, VA.  Jerry is an ordained Baptist minister and serves as a bi-vocational pastor of a small country church.  He and his wife, Phyllis, have one adult son who is married and living in Hickory, NC. 


Pat Owen - Adminitrative Assistant to Pastor/Head of Staff

Pat and her family have lived in Wilmington over 20 years.  She is married to Herb and the mother of three girls.  She and her husband are members of Pine Valley Baptist Church, and they enjoy spending time with their grandsons.

 
Susan Dykes -  Administrative Assistant to CBA

Susan joined the staff of SACPC in June 2007.  Susan, her husband Scott and their two daughters, Tracy and Melissa, attend Cape Fear Presbyterian Church.  She is a Wilmington native and enjoys the beach, boating, cooking, reading, spending time with friends and family and is a die-hard Carolina Panthers fan. 


Barbara Burdett  -  Media Secretary

Barbara joined the SACPC staff in December 2003.   She is the proud grandmother of a beautiful granddaughter.  Barbara’s two daughters and their families live in Charlotte, NC.  Her interests include her daily devotion with God, hiking, biking, reading, walking her dogs, and her family.  Barbara and her family are natives of Wilmington.


Catheryn Thomas  -  Ministry Secretary

Catheryn joined the staff in the fall of 2009.  She grew up in Tampa and Atlanta, moving  to Wilmington 15 years ago with her husband, John.  They have two children, Alex and Rachel, and have been members of SACPC since 2000.


Laura Witter  -  Program Secretary

Laura joined the St. Andrews-Covenant staff in November 2005.  She is a native of Georgia, South Carolina and Wallace, NC.  Laura graduated from Mount Olive College with a BS in Church Ministries. She enjoys tennis, the beach, and traveling.  Laura is most at home in the mission field and has served in Africa, Mexico and the United States.


Jane Knight  -  Receptionist/Staff Assistant

Jane is a native of Wilmington. She is retired from the Human Resources Office, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. She is the mother of Ric and the grandmother of Eric and Kylie. She enjoys traveling, reading, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Father of 2 sons, husband to a beautiful wife for 34+ years, grandfather of a princess and two grandsons…hiker, backpacker, camper, Scoutmaster, Vietnam Vet……”Jack of all trades – Master of none.”  If you need anything done here – he’s the man!
