I am a Wilmington native and I have always had a passion for the youth in this city. I am honored to come be a part of God’s ministry at SACPC. My wife Jessica is from Plumtree, NC (Avery County) and came to Wilmington to attend UNCW in 2003. I grew up at the beach and Jessica grew up in the mountains on a Christmas tree farm. We are blessed to have family and relationships in two amazing areas of North Carolina. We both graduated from UNCW and began dating in January of 2007. We were married on October 17, 2009. I love basketball, golf, art, and photography. I will take a picture of just about anything and not a week has gone by where I haven’t dribbled a basketball. Jessica loves reading, girl’s ministry, and spending time with her family. She also currently serves as a teacher at Hoggard High School. We both love watching movies together and listening to oldies and contemporary Christian music. You may see us frequently at Ruby Tuesday, Port City Java, Redbox, and working around our new home we recently bought last summer.
Nancy became Youth Director of Middle School Ministries December 2005 after serving for 2 years as part-time assistant. She graduated from UNC-CH with a BA in education and taught second grade for 6 years here in Wilmington. She was previously employed by US Airways for 22 years and enjoyed her time as a flight attendant (“sky goddess”). She loves working in her yard and aspires to be a famous night club singer one day, singing her renditions of “Girl from Impanema” and “Boots are Made for Walkin.” Her greatest joy has been working with the incredible youth here and sharing Jesus with them.
